77 Real Estate was founded in 2008 by a team frustrated by the cookie-cutter approach of national chains. We set out to build a lettings practice that paired the warmth of a local recommendation with the rigour of a regulated profession.

Sixteen years on, we manage more than 850 homes across Northamptonshire — from one-bedroom city apartments in Northampton's Cultural Quarter to family homes in the suburbs and characterful properties in the surrounding villages. We still work the same way: small caseloads, named contacts, no call centres.

Our office sits at York Farm Business Centre in Towcester. The kettle is usually on.
